Sagunt uses Agente SC to improve the relations between citizens and Public Administrations

Valencian town Sagunt started to use the Interoperability platform between Public Administrations, Agente Sc.  This advance will improve the relations between citizens, companies and Public Administrations.

 Agente SC makes possible that Sagunto concentrates all the services of several Public Administrations on one single platform . In this way, the citizens will save time when they perform procedures, because they will not have to provide certificates concerning  Seguridad Social, Hacienda, IAE or INEM.

Sagunt‘s Information Technology and Communications Councillor, José Luis Martí, emphasizes that “Agente SC will allow to expedite some services for citizens and companies, because we will have acces to all the data from other administrations, so we could reduce procedures and save time for citizens and City Hall stuff”.

 With the implementation of Agente SC, Sagunt joins to a large number of Spanish towns – such as Castellon, Torrente, Alzira, Gandia, Xativa, Leganes or Cartagena – which are already reducing their administrative burden of citizens and businesses, thanks to the Interoperability between Public Administrations platform, produced by Ivnosys Soluciones.
